We help people who want to protect their loved ones.  They are parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, friends and caretakers.

We help some by providing them with basic estate planning tools to ensure that their own needs are cared for now and when they might become incapacitated.  We also counsel clients on what tools are available to provide for loved ones after death the way they want.  Many of our clients are members of the Family Protector Program, a lifetime program for protecting families in a world of constant change that involves comprehensive estate planning, assistance to make sure the assets are coordinated with the plan and annual updates to help ensure the plan will work as designed.

Often we provide services for those that have family members that suffer from illness or disability by showing them ways to meet long term care needs without financial exhaustion.  We also provide services for those coping with the death of a loved one that must administer an estate through probate or a trust administration.

Life is constantly changing.  Our firm is experienced in helping clients plan to meet the challenges they face today and in the future.  Let us help you prepare or deal with your issues because we care.
